We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the entertainment team who made sure our children had a great time. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided. The hotel had everything we needed, including three shallow pools for our toddlers. The whole resort was amazing, with plenty of family-oriented activities and entertainment for kids of all ages. We particularly enjoyed having our own pool and being close to the waterpark. The hotel was spotless, and you could tell that the staff put in a lot of effort to maintain its high standards. We can't wait to come back next year!

The only minor issues we had were with the confusing hotel name and the water temperature in the outdoor pools during October. It would be helpful if the name was more specific and matched the real name of the hotel.

Modern hotel in a pretty nice area right by benalmadena and fuengorolla, and taxi's. A nice size room with great beds, a good sized balcony and a living area. Perfect facilities.

Amazing hotel with fab food and superfriendly staff. Reasonably spacious rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Excellent view of swimming pool from the window. What a particularly good and magnificent location to poolside entertainment! Also - very close to taxi's or bus as well as the centre.

We stayed at Holiday Premium Resort for a week and had a wonderful time. The hotel is huge and our room was spacious with a separate kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The bed was massive and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond by putting food in our fridge when we arrived late and hungry. The pool and beach club were great, though a bit cold. The buffet had good food, but it would be better if the dishes were rotated more frequently.

Our stay at the Holiday Premium Resort was absolutely fantastic. The hotel buildings were clean and bright, and our junior suite was perfect. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and polite, and we felt safe with 24-hour security. The views from the hotel were stunning, and we loved the great pool and entertainment options. The all-inclusive holiday choice allowed us to enjoy drinks and snacks by the pool. we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.

Additionally, the game room for kids required 1 euro per game, which was unexpected. The inside pool had warm water but required an appointment and cost 10 euros per person for a maximum of 1 hour.

Amazing place for a visit to Benalmadena with amazing location to poolside entertainment and fantastic services. Location so close to the centre of Belemadana and the beach.
